Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You are granted a 60‑day return window starting from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a refund, returned products must remain in original condition, unused, unwashed and free from damage. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact to pass our quality inspection. Once we receive and examine your returned goods, we will validate whether your return meets our requirements before proceeding with the refund process.

Refund Timeline

After your return has been approved by our inspection team, we will initiate your refund. The full refund process will take 5‑10 business days to complete. The actual arrival time of funds in your payment account may vary slightly, depending on the processing speed of your payment provider or banking institution. We only issue refunds in United States Dollar, which is our official transaction currency.

Shipping Cost for Returns

Original shipping fees are complimentary for all orders on our store. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect due to our fulfilment error.

Non‑Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, stains, alteration or missing tags. Personal‑care and fragrance products cannot be returned or refunded once opened for hygiene reasons. Custom‑modified items are also excluded from our refund service.
